What would be the best way to start an eBay Shop Online? Sole proprietorship or partnership?
I want to help my adult son to start a online business. Although I would be helping basically work for free. It would be his business. The answer to this might seem meaningless common to some, but I was going to help with the purchase of Wholesale Products. I could order online with him, but any work on the phone, I probably I would, because it is not the best communicator. Will wholesalers to work with me, if I'm ordering for him with your address and your account (as a kind of secretary)? What about the fair? Would they let an assistant (MOM) with the businessman? And if you decide to become an association would be that the two have to pay self-employment tax, doubling the number of self-employment tax that would otherwise pay if it was just a sole proprietorship business?
