Wholesale Listerine
Choose simple investment in turbulent times
The recent rise in stock prices can predict what will inflation in the market. Companies selling products with stable demand should do well, as they will be able to raise their wholesale prices faster than inflation hits.
In times turbulent, my choice is for simplicity and stability. Well established consumer brands and sale of pharmaceutical products of the type of products that do not go out of fashion during night. Most prescription drugs continue to sell well in times of economic recession and few people spend your breakfast cereal.
The following six companies represent my favorite investments, this 24th day of May 2009, as possible additions to my own portfolio:
1 .- Kraft Foods (NYSE: KFT). An important International food manufacturer that sells its products in 140 countries. In addition to cheese and chocolate, Kraft makes different types of snacks. The multi-national revenue base should enable the company to offset the problems in a given territory. Its current dividend yield is approximately 4% and its price / earnings is approximately 14.
2 .- Kimberly Clark (NYSE: KMB). A multi-national manufacturer of hygiene products and personal care. Disposable diapers and washcloths are sold throughout the world. As always, when making investment decisions, avoid blindly following advice. It is your own money and you should check all the information about it.
Devote reasonable efforts to investigate actions is the only how to make informed decisions. In today's market, should not the lack of opportunities to find good investments.
