Gm Declares Management Metamorphosis

Current President and CEO of GM in South Africa, Bob Socia, is named as new executive vice president of Shanghai GM. This officer of 53 years of age also have his new job July 1 and report to Kevin Wale, president and CEO of GM China Group.
The newly named president of GM LAAM Vice President of Operations for Africa at the same time president and CEO of GM in South Africa is Steve Koch. This executive is 55 years the current GM Latin America, Africa and Middle East vice president and regional director for Africa and Middle East. From 1 July, will report to Maureen Kempston Darkes, the GM group vice president and president of GM Latin America, Africa and Middle East.
Currently the regional sales and marketing director of Operations Middle East, Terry Johnsson will become GM LAAM Vice President Middle East Operations. Starting June 1, this officer of 46 years of age, will also present a report to Maureen Kempston Darkes.
